Some products purchased on SecondShop come with a manufacturer warranty provided directly by the brand. To activate it, most brands require you to register your product within 30 days of purchase.

  • Get efficient service in case of a problem by registered brand tech.
  • Coverage of all warrantied repairs, including all labor and parts necessary to ensure your product is in proper operating condition, during the warranty period. 
  • Record of Proof of Purchase – in case of insurance loss (fire, flood, theft)

What You’ll Need

To register your product, have the following ready:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
  • Product serial number
  • Model number (if available)

Once you have your purchase details,

  1. Find the brand you purchased in the list below
  2. Click on the link
  3. Follow the steps from the brand (they are easy don’t worry!)
