SecondShop's New Returns and Warranty Policies (updated 2026)

Starting January 2026, we’re introducing an updated Returns and Warranty Policy designed to be clearer and easier to navigate.

Please note that any previous references to returns or warranty terms elsewhere on this blog from an earlier date are no longer applicable. 

Returns and Warranty Policy

All sales are final.  

Exchanges for incorrect size, colour or model may be approved at SecondShop’s discretion and are subject to a 10% restocking fee and applicable return shipping fees. Shipping, delivery, installation, and service fees are non-refundable. 

In the event of missing parts or functional issues, support will be provided under the applicable warranty.  

  • If the product includes a manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer will be the first point of contact. 
  • For SecondShop-provided warranties, SecondShop will be the first point of contact.  

Missing parts must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product. 

As part of our commitment to a sustainable shopping experience, we will always aim to service and repair products before considering replacement.
