How It Works

• Price match requests must be made at the time of purchase or within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Applies only to identical products (same brand, model number, finish, SKU, and condition).
• For scratch & dent items, visible damage must be of similar size, type, and position on the product. Final assessment of scratch & dent items is at the discretion of SecondShop.
• If purchasing a package of items, all products in the package must be identical in brand, model number, finish, SKU, and condition to qualify.
• Item must be in stock at the competitor at the time of your request.

Where We Match

• Applies only to authorized Canadian retailers for example: Costco, Home Depot, BestBuy and Rona. The price must be visible online and will be verified by SecondShop.
• Excludes third-party marketplaces such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Kijiji, or eBay.
• Items must be unused.
• Items must be priced in Canadian Dollars.
