What shipping options do you offer?

SecondShop offers two main shipping options: Local Delivery and Courier Shipping.

Local Delivery is handled by our own delivery teams and is available in most locations across Canada. Pricing and availability are shown in the delivery checker above.

Courier Shipping is available for select appliances and locations and may be fulfilled by third-party carriers such as UPS or FedEx.

How does Local Delivery work?

Local Delivery is fulfilled by SecondShop’s own delivery teams directly from our warehouse.

With Local Delivery:

  • Your delivery fee covers up to 3 items per order
  • Additional items are $25 per unit
  • You will receive an email with updates on shipping and tracking.

Local Delivery is ideal for large appliances and orders with multiple items.

How does Courier Shipping work?

Courier Shipping is fulfilled by third-party carriers such as UPS or FedEx and is available for select products and locations.

With Courier Shipping:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the entire order
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
  • Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination

Courier Shipping is typically used for smaller or select appliances.

Is same-day delivery available?

Same-day delivery is available in select cities including Burlington, Oakville, and Mississauga.

To qualify for same-day delivery:

  • Your order must be placed by 1 PM PST
  • Same Day Shipping must be selected at checkout
  • The product must be eligible for same-day delivery

If the order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be delivered the next business day.

When will my product be delivered?

Allow 24–48 hours for order processing. Once your order ships:

  • Local Delivery orders receive a scheduled delivery date and time by email
  • Courier orders receive a tracking link from the carrier
  • Same-day orders are delivered the same day if placed before the cutoff

Delivery timelines vary based on location and shipping method.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking or delivery updates once your order ships.

  • Courier orders include a carrier tracking link
  • Local Delivery orders include delivery status updates by email

If you did not receive any updates, contact customerservice@secondshop.ca with your order number.

Can I change my delivery date or time?

Yes. You can request a change by emailing customerservice@secondshop.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • Your preferred delivery date and time

We will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order is already out for delivery, the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
