Eligibility 

• Same Day Shipping is available on eligible orders placed before 1:00 PM EST. 
• Orders must be shipped to valid postal codes within Burlington, Oakville, and Mississauga. 
• Same Day Shipping cannot be paired with Free Standard Shipping offers.

Delivery Timing 

• Eligible orders placed before 1:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, will be delivered by 8:00 PM EST the same day. 
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, will be delivered the next available business day. 
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Friday will be delivered on Monday by 8:00 PM EST. 
• Same Day Shipping is not available on weekends or statutory holidays. 
• To access your item same day, after 1:00PM you can opt to pick-up in our warehouse during warehouse hours. Please call customer service to confirm your item will be ready: 1 (289) 816 4263 

Order Requirements 

• Orders must be successfully processed, paid in full, and confirmed before the 1:00 PM EST cutoff. 
• Some large or specialty items may be excluded based on size, weight, or operational constraints. 
• Orders containing items that are not ready for immediate shipping are excluded from Same Day Delivery. They will be shipped via Standard Delivery when the item arrives at our warehouse.
