All sales are final.
Exchanges for incorrect size, colour or model may be approved at SecondShop’s discretion and are subject to a 10% restocking fee and applicable return shipping fees. Shipping, delivery, installation, and service fees are non-refundable.
In the event of missing parts or functional issues, support will be provided under the applicable warranty:
- If the product includes a manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer will be the first point of contact.
- For SecondShop-provided warranties, SecondShop will be the first point of contact.
Missing parts must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.
As part of our commitment to a sustainable shopping experience, we will always aim to service and repair products before replacing them.
