Return Policy

All sales are final.

Exchanges for incorrect size, colour or model may be approved at SecondShopโ€™s discretion and are subject to a 10% restocking fee and applicable return shipping fees. Shipping, delivery, installation, and service fees are non-refundable.

In the event of missing parts or functional issues, support will be provided under the applicable warranty:

  • If the product includes a manufacturerโ€™s warranty, the manufacturer will be the first point of contact.ย 
  • For SecondShop-provided warranties, SecondShop will be the first point of contact.ย 

Missing parts must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.
