The end date, can be found on your Warranty Certificate, which is emailed to you within the first 30 days of purchase.
You can choose to add additional coverage with the 2- and 4-year Extended Warranty programs.

What is the difference between a Manufacturer Warranty & Manufacturer Equivalent Warranty?
A manufacturer warranty, also known as a limited warranty or factory warranty, is a commitment made by the manufacturer/brand of the product. The manufacturer agrees to repair or replace it at no cost to the consumer within a specified amount of time. Any issues with the functionality of the unit, would be addressed with the brand directly. This may require you to register your product. This warranty is included in the purchase price of the product and does not require an additional fee.
Manufacturer Equivalent Warranty, is in place for Brands who do not support the sold by SecondShop. SecondShop offers an Equivalent Warranty, which covers the same items as a brand warranty, to support the items they sell, and our customers who purchase.
You are always covered for at least 1 year (by the Manufacturer or SecondShop).
You will be notified by email, after purchase, which the details about your 1 year warranty.

You can cancel your warranty.
You may cancel Your Optional Extended Warranty Plan; i. within fifteen (15) days after You purchased coverage. You will be entitled to a full refund of any Fee You have paid, provided You have not made a request for repair service. ii. by providing written notice more than fifteen (15) days after the purchase date of coverage. You will receive a partial refund of the fees You paid, calculated on a short rate time on risk basis. A minimum fee of fifty dollars ($50) applies.

Yes.
Parts & Labour needed to fix the functionality of the unit, is covered under the warranty.

In the event a unit is not repairable, SecondShop will look to replace with the same model or unit equivalent in value.
If a unit is not available for replacement, SecondShop will offer credit equivalent to the price paid for the unit.

If you return your unit, your extended warranty will also be returned for refund.
The value of the refund will depend on when the unit is returned, in the coverage timeframe.

Yes.
Within the first year, SecondShop will support the repair of functional issues of a unit which fall under the Manufacturer Equivalent Warranty. In the case a repair is not possible, they will look to support a replacement of your unit of the same model or unit of similar value.
Units where a 2 or 4 year Extended Warranty is purchased, will also be repaired or replace should they have functional issues.

Your SecondShop Warranties will be emailed to you within the first 30 days of purchase.
For Manufacturer Warranty, once you register, you will have access to your full warranty certificate. Each Manufacturer may have different ways they present this. Please speak them directly when you register.

In the event of a Product Failure of a refrigerator or standalone freezer, where the necessary repair or replacement of the Product cannot be completed within twelve (12) hours for a refrigerator and twenty-four (24) hours for a standalone freezer from the time of service initiation, You shall be entitled to receive a grocery gift voucher in the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150)
