48 in Professional Rangetop Space
A 48 in built-in footprint (47 7/8 in W x 28 in D x 8 5/16 in H) gives you room to run multiple pots at once, ideal for entertaining and big-family meals.
Eight Sealed Dual Flow Burners
Cook with flexibility on an 8 burner LPG rangetop, from high-heat 19,000 BTU boiling to gentle 140°F simmering for sauces and melting.
Continuous Grates and Stainless Steel Finish
Continuous surface grates help you slide cookware safely across the cooktop, paired with a real stainless steel look designed to match Fisher and Paykel Professional style kitchens.
The Fisher & Paykel Series 9 CPV3-488-L is a 48-inch LPG gas rangetop made for serious home cooks who want maximum burner space in a professional stainless look. It is a great pick when you have room for a 47 7/8 in wide, 28 in deep cooktop, with the trade-off of needing an LPG gas hookup and a 120V outlet.
This 48-inch rangetop is built around an eight-burner cooking surface with continuous grates for shifting cookware across the top.
Fisher & Paykel is known for premium, design-forward appliances that help create a cohesive, built-in kitchen look. Their professional cooking products focus on clean styling and intuitive, hands-on control.
